Shipping costs:

All our shipments are made via Mondial Relay.

  • Belgium:
    • Free at relay point
    • €4.50 for home delivery
  • France:
    • €4.50 at a relay point
  • Spain:
    • €6.95 at a relay point
  • Portugal:
    • €6.95 at a relay point
  • Italy :
    • 10 € for home delivery

Delivery times:

  • Ready-to-wear : If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 72 hours after validation of the order.

  • Pre-Order : Production begins once pre-orders close on the 30th of each month. Production continues until the 15th of the following month, and items are then shipped from that date.

Returns:

If an item does not suit you, you have 15 days from receipt to return it to us. The return costs are your responsibility.

You have three options:

  • Full refund
  • Exchange for another item
  • Have to use on a next order

Please contact us by email before returning your item so that we can provide you with all the necessary information. We will process your request as soon as possible.
